Sweet White Wednesday

Well, I have to be honest ladies. As I was thinking about what I had to share for White Wednesday this week, I wondered aloud if my legs would count as an entry? ... (sunless as they are these days) Don't worry though...I'll spare you the details. :o)

So all silliness aside, here's a little corner vignette on my porch. It's always changing out there...nothing stays in one spot for long. In the perfect shade of white we have a sweet vintage shutter, old wicker table, and shabby birdcage.

Here's a cute treasure I picked up last week. A very large wicker type basket on wheels. Thought this would be just great filled with flowers, towels in a bath, laundry, toys...you name it. I brought it to the shop on Sunday evening for someone else to enjoy.

Lastly, what can rival vintage white mismatched pitchers and bowls? They just seem to be so classic and pretty, don't you think? I also love to collect small white ironstone pitchers, but I couldn't get to them since they are buried while waiting for our new kitchen to begin. (I'll be sure to post before and after pics) Until later girls...Happy White Wednesday. Link up with the lovely Kathleen over at Faded Charm for some awe inspiring treasures!

Your rolling wicker basket is awesome! Seems like you could use it for all different things, depending on the season - maybe pumpkins soon!

Your little white corner on your porch is lovely and I adore your little basket on wheels! My legs are white too, I was holding them up against my husbands tanned arms the other day and they looked yellow!!! Oh well, there's always next summer:)

Thanks for stopping by for White Wednesday yesterday. I'm just getting caught up now and so enjoyed visiting your blog. I love your porch corner - looks so inviting. Isn't there something so serene about sitting back on the porch in the summer and relaxing? Your blog looks really intriguing. I'm following you now and look forward to getting to know you better!

I don't know what I love more...

White on white, white with creams, creams with creams or all of the above with a tiny dash of soft, muted pink.

These colors bring life to my world...and speak to me more than any other shade in the rainbow.

Blessings to you today. Thank you so much for the lovely blog comment this morning. Jesus is everything to me...

Love to you~

Rebecca
